These terms govern your use of MoveQuotes USA, operated by A Classic Car Sale LLC, Allenton, MI 48002. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

1. What we do (and don’t do)

MoveQuotes USA is a free referral service. We collect your moving or storage request and share it with up to 4 independent participating companies. We are not a moving company, household goods broker, freight forwarder, or carrier. We do not provide moving, storage, or transportation services; we do not book or arrange moves, collect deposits or payments for moves, choose a mover for you, or set or guarantee prices.

2. Quotes and agreements

All quotes, estimates, and terms come directly from participating companies. Any contract is solely between you and the company you choose. We are not a party to that contract and are not responsible for the company’s services, pricing, delays, loss, or damage. You are responsible for verifying a company’s licensing (for example, USDOT/MC registration with the FMCSA), insurance, and reviews before hiring.

3. Your information and consent

You agree to provide accurate information and to use only your own contact information. If you check the consent box, you agree to be contacted as described in our Privacy Policy, including by automated calls and texts. Consent is not required to purchase services, and you may opt out at any time by replying STOP or contacting us.

4. Acceptable use

Don’t submit false or someone else’s information, attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

5. Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Pricing information and guides are general and may not reflect your actual costs.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, A Classic Car Sale LLC and MoveQuotes USA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any acts or omissions of participating companies. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to $100.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
